May 01, 2016
State of the Superintendency

When superintendents were asked to rank the leading problems they were experiencing professionally and personally, their top three responses in 51蹤獲s mid-decade survey were, in order, lack of adequate funding, job stress and time commitment.

Little variation was in evidence when their responses
were arrayed by district enrollment.
