Leaders of Color Summit

Building Bridges of Hope and Understanding
Leaders of Color Summit Solidarity Across Experience and Voice

History in the making: For the first time, four powerhouse organizations are coming together for a leadership experience designed by and for educational leaders of color.

Join us for the Leaders of Color Summit and bring educational leadership into the future! At this 2-day event, you'll have the space to share your unique journey, learn from fellow changemakers, and gain practical strategies to amplify your impact in your school community.

 Learning Objectives:
  • Cultivate Cross-Cultural Leadership Practices: Discover how to weave your diverse lived experiences into a powerful leadership approach that inspires unity and collaboration across racial and ethnic lines.
  • Amplify Your Collective Voice for Equity: Develop the mindset and strategies to advocate for systemic change. Leave with the tools to build influential coalitions that elevate underrepresented voices and drive meaningful policy shifts at every level.
  • Build Lasting Connections Across Communities: Establish deep, cross-cultural relationships that transcend individual experiences. Forge a network of colleagues committed to championing educational equity - and hold each other accountable for turning vision into reality!
 Who Should Attend?

All educators and leaders from across the country and beyond are invited to attend this summit, particularly district leaders and educators who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color.
