To receive a refund for an 51萝莉 event or program* a participant is registered for, cancellation requests must be received in writing no less than 14 days prior to a program start.

Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure. 51萝莉 is not responsible for weather-related cancellations, airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by attendees that are associated with the program. A processing fee of up to $100 will apply to all cancellations.
