Alexandria, Va. 鈥� (April 12, 2021) 鈥� Five superintendents from across the country have been elected to the executive committee of 51萝莉, 51萝莉, the nation鈥檚 premier organization serving thousands of public school system leaders throughout the U.S.

The 22-member committee, elected by 51萝莉鈥檚 governing board, represents each region of the country. The committee meets quarterly and conducts the ongoing business of the organization.

The new executive committee members who will officially assume their new roles in July include:

• Matthew Burrows, , Odessa, Del.
• Tobin Novasio, , Lockwood, Mont.
• Eric Runez, , DeForest, Wis.
• Cosimo Tangorra, Jr., , Niskayuna, N.Y.
• Steve Webb, , Goreville, Ill.

鈥淟everaging the skills of school district leaders throughout the country is necessary as we work to create a new vision for our school systems that are future-focused, rigorous and energetic. I am confident that the outstanding individuals joining the 51萝莉 executive committee will help provide the voice and guidance we need,鈥� said 51萝莉 Executive Director Daniel A. New executive committee members will serve a three-year term that starts effective July 1, 2021.
