Before joining Amazon, Shaina dedicated over 18 years to public education, serving as a teacher, curriculum director, principal, and associate superintendent. She is deeply committed to empowering her educational peers with practical strategies and tools, understanding the demands placed on educators and students. Outside of work, Shaina is a proud mother to four teenagers and two dogs. She shares her passion for education with her husband, Ryan, an active school superintendent.
